Delivery Process
Our delivery is every Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday. Please place order 2 days in advance (Example: order after 1pm on Saturday, consider goods to be delivered on Thursday).
Step 1: Payment via payment gateway (Billplz). Once successful, go to step 4.
Step 2: Warehouse receives order and items picked, packed & delivered to customer.
Step 3: Customer’s order fulfilled.
Order Cancellation
Order cancellation shall be made before 6pm from the same day of placement of your order (“Grace Period”) by contacting our customer service officer at info@pasarkita.my or our hotline: 011-64173967. Any request for cancellation made or reschedule delivery after the Grace Period will not be entertained.
We reserve the absolute discretion to approve or reject your request for cancellation. For any cancellation of your order, you shall be responsible for the payment of an administrative charge, which shall be determined by us prior to your cancellation. Notwithstanding anything stated to the contrary, no cancellation or reschedule delivery will be entertained once your orders have been shipped to your shipping address.

We visited the edible park today to participate in the Eco warriors workshop organised by Pasarkita. It was a fabulous experience. The children had a... wonderful time. It was well organised and well conducted. The kids started off with some warm up exercises and then a garden tour followed by a hands on workshop on composting using kitchen waste. Then they had food break followed by treasure hunt.the day finished with them being gifted with coloring accessories and a sapling. Highly recommend visiting the place.read more
