Edible Usages:
The beans are mainly used to be made into coffee but in Ethiopia, it is cooked in butter to make a rich flat cakes. It is also widely used as a flavoring, as in ice cream, pastries, and candies.
Medicinal Usages:
Coffee is a folk remedy for asthma, atropine-poisoning, fever, flu, headache, jaundice, malaria, migraine, narcosis, nephrosis, opium-poisoning, sores, and vertigo.
